A gamified central hub for everything learners need during an ILT program sounded like a great idea to us – so we built it. Through the Participant Portal, you can promote your learning event in advance, provide preparation materials, and support participants during the event with direct access to a schedule, classroom activity materials, and session descriptions.
You can even bring an element of gamification to your program with a leaderboard! Leaderboard points are awarded for answering knowledge check questions, calculated using our proprietary Confidence Scoring formula.

Facilitator Guides
A critical component of any instructor-led program is a strong facilitator guide. We have developed an integrated approach that combines the presentation slide deck and speaking notes for your program into a polished facilitator guide that can be easily viewed on a tablet or laptop. The design includes a large thumbnail of the presentation slide, speaking points, easy to see progress and timing indicators, facilitation tips, and production support guidance – and can be prepared in a variety of layouts to meet your needs.
