Web Experiences
If you are looking for a change from traditional point-and-click E-learning courses, we have extensive experience in building custom courses that look and behave like websites. Our development team can work with you to implement these courses either on your intranet, or package them in SCORM for your learning management system.
Many clients also approach us to build tools that do more than just teach. Our talented web developers have created standalone web applications that enable learners to complete soft-skill self-assessments and create development plans.

What We Do:
Our web-based learning experiences utilize the latest web design trends and technologies to deliver a truly memorable learning experiences. These experiences are built from the ground-up to meet your learners’ needs, so the sky is the limit!
With built-in responsiveness that makes for a great experience whether on a laptop, a tablet, or a phone, your learners can enjoy on-the-go learning from their device of choice.
Presenting content visually is a great way to make it stick, and so it’s no surprise that infographics have become so popular! At Smartfirm, we like to take it one step further, so we’ve “leveled up” the infographic by using animation to enhance visual appeal and better visualize complex concepts to your learners.
The level of animation can be adjusted based on the needs of the content, and often, our Animated Infographics end up as a smaller piece of a larger website!
Our Assessment Tools can be viewed as “Quick Hits” of learning. Often focused on a single learning objective, they are a great way to pinpoint a training need and tackle it quickly!
For example, the tool pictured here was developed to have employees reflect upon their personal areas of strength or weakness and develop strength and weakness statements. The tool generated a personal report, available only to the employee, and encouraged them to look within the company’s training catalogue to find courses that would help them develop and leverage their strengths.
A global professional services company wanted a way to spread awareness of the programs and services they have in place to support the mental health of their workforce. The result was a media-rich, single-page website. This included an animated explainer introducing the topic of mental health at work, animated infographic elements throughout the page (including characters), knowledge check questions, success stories from real practitioners who were helped by the available programs, and more.
